It’s that time of year again!

March Madness, the few weeks when managers decide to build office morale by letting their employees spar against one another to pick a winning college basketball team.

Throughout these few weeks, it’s inevitable that you’ll go through a ton of emotions, from excitement to nervousness.

So in order to help you pass the time from doing actual work and checking your bracket scores, we’ve decided to break down the different emotions you’re going to go through while filling out, following, winning and losing your bracket during the NCAA Tournament.

When you first open your bracket and realize you have to fill out the whole damn huge thing, you’re like…

When your number 5 seed get beats by a number 12 seed in the first round:

When a co-worker keeps bragging about their luck for picking Dayton:

When you pick a long shot and they actually win!

When the team you picked to win it all doesn’t even make it to the Sweet 16:

When you realize you’re in the lead after the end of day one:

When it all comes crashing down.

When you look and realize you actually didn’t have Duke going that far in the tournament:

But if you had them in the Final Four…

How your co-workers that didn’t join the brackets look every time you bring it up:

When you joined just because, but don’t really care what happens:

When someone tries to give you advice about your bracket:

The excitement you feel when all four of your teams make it the finals:

When you WIN:

When you lose:

How you feel when the girl who knows nothing about sports wins the office pool:

Play safely my friends.
