Or at least her hair is. Cameras caught JPS filming an episode for the upcoming Fox series Gotham in New York City yesterday, where she debuted her new ‘do. In this highly anticipated prequel to Batman, Jada plays a villain named Fish Mooney, and we can’t wait to see her bad side.
She confirmed her role via Facebook last month, saying:
To my Facebook family Last night, I decided to accept the role of Fish Mooney, who is the sadistic villain in thee upcoming Batman prequel, Gotham, for Fox TV. I’ve committed to a year to work alongside a very talented cast, a super cool, creative and talented head writer and an extraordinary director. This one…is going to be funnnnnn!Stay tuned:)J
But before the show premieres during the 2014-2015 television season, we’re getting a glimpse at the character who’s described as “a sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner” with “the street smarts and almost extra-sensory abilities to read people like an open book. Imposing and hotheaded, she’s not one to be crossed.” Sounds scandalous.
