He’s here topping the charts. He’s here crying happy tears with Oprah Winfrey and being one of her favorite interviews ever. And now Pharrell’s here again on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 soundtrack.
Pharrell proves he’s more than just a phenomenal producer and perhaps the greatest hat-wearer of all time, but also has the pipes to put him in the ranks with other acclaimed singers on his latest track, “Here.”
“Here” is off the soundtrack for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, on which Skateboard P already has one offering titled “It’s On Again,” with Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar.
But “Here” proves just how versatile the Grammy Award-winning Producer of the Year is, showcasing his ability to shine vocally over a simple guitar instrumental and his own harmonies filling the background.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 soundtrack drops April 22nd and Pharrell’s album, G I R L, is in stores now. Check out “Here” below.
