There’s a new plastic surgery craze plaguing the streets.

That’s right, y’all. We’ve got fake boobs, fake booties and now, thisAccording to the New York Times, an increasing number of women are consulting with their plastic surgeon about a foot surgery, affectionately called “Cinderella surgery,” that makes wearing even the highest of heels fit like a glove because, priorities. Duh.

“On the surface it looked shallow. But I came to see that my patients need these shoes to project confidence, they are part of her outside skin. That’s the real world,” said Dr. Ali Sadreh, a podiatrist in Beverly Hills.

So what exactly is this “Cinderella Surgery?” The procedure can involve a number of things, depending on your foot needs. Patients can have their toes shortened or lengthened, remove bits of their feet to bring them down to a more ‘flattering’ size, and even have fat injected into the soles of their feet to create the feeling of wearing comfortable insoles 24/7.

Lawd! We think this is totally crazy, but we want to hear from you. What do you think of “Cinderella Surgery?”
