Rapper Lil Za is making headlines once again – and not for his music.
According to reports, Lil Za accepted a plea deal for probation to settle drug and vandalism charges stemming from the January search of Justin Bieber‘s mansion. When Los Angeles officials raided Bieber’s house in search of egging evidence (remember the neighborhood egg scandal?), Lil Za was arrested for possession of an illegal substance, including MDMA and oxycodone.
While being held in a holding cell, Lil Za was also charged with vandalism after ripping the jail phone from the wall. Lil Za was ordered to pay the sheriff $600 for the phone damage, along with a $1,000 fine on the vandalism charge.
He was also sentenced to three years probation on the drug charge and must attend an outpatient drug treatment program while working 20 days on a highway cleanup crew.
No word yet on if Bieber will be charged with vandalism for the egging incident. He’s still dealing with the DUI fiasco.
