Ice Cube is considered one of the most intimidating figures in hip-hop, so it’s no wonder his knowledge of the world’s most famous monster is off the chain.
We caught up with the Ride Along star on the black carpet of the Godzilla movie premiere in Los Angeles, and quizzed him on all the facts about Godzilla. We also got the scoop on Ride Along 2, which he stars in alongside Kevin Hart. He told us:
“Real excited about that. Me and Kevin are getting ready, we are going to start shooting in July. So we ready for it.”
He also gave his opinion on the Mike Epps vs. Kevin Hart situation:
“It’s all love. They having fun as comedians, they gotta get their battle on sometimes. I’m having fun with it, I’m laughing my ass off at all the jokes they have between each other.”
