Los Angeles is currently home to the most talented rappers in the game. Obviously, we all know the Kendrick Lamars, Tyler, the Creators and YGs of the world. But there are plenty of MCs who are still undervalued, like a Problem or a Glasses Malone.

One of the guys that is still underrated is South Central’s DUBB.

DUBB has been out for years, putting out many projects. But things started to really break right for the MC this year when he released his Never Content mixtape, which featured the likes of Isamu!, Skeme and Nipsey Hussle.

DUBB’s profile is rising. So we were thrilled that the rapper was able to stop by our offices the other day to talk about Never Content, his first major appearance — which was on The Game’s “Cali Niggaz” — living in Compton, and where he fits in the L.A. rap scene.

Give the interview a look above.
