When you’re famous and you want to get your brand out to the world, you have to pick your poison. Though celebrities value their privacy just like everyday people do, letting strangers into their chaotic lives has a way of boosting the public’s interest in them. So, why not take your talents to the small screen?
With that said, we’ve got reality shows about damn near everything these days, but we wouldn’t be mad at a Master P TV series. And the good news is neither would he. Not too long ago, Romeo Miller said that his family needed a show, and now TMZ reports that his father agrees and may actually be getting one:
TMZ has learned Master P’s developing a show celebrating the chaos and dysfunction that has rocked his family — including the bitter split from his wife, Sonya … plus accusations of drug use, kidnapping and brainwashing. P is keenly aware … the turmoil will help him sell a reality show … something he really wants. So now the question … are all of these fights real? What really caught our attention … P recently pleaded for help in finding his missing 14-year-old daughter, who turned up safe a few hours later. Real or fake? We’re told he’s already shooting episodes … and he’s pitching it to BET, VH1 and Oxygen.
Hey, you can’t knock the hustle.
But that’s not the only interesting hip-pop news we have for you today. Apparently, our girl Emma Roberts is down to get a little freaky in her next role.
She recently spoke with Refinery29 all about her American Horror Story character for the upcoming season. Emma had this to say:
“I wouldn’t be opposed to playing any kind of freak. It would be so fun and so interesting. Last year, when everybody was talking about coming back, everyone said, ‘Emma’s going to come back and be the bearded lady!’ I was like, ‘Oh my god, you guys! Shut up!’ I would laugh so hard if I had to put on a beard every day. But why not?”
She also dished on how time-consuming television can be.
“It is the most time-consuming thing I’ve ever done. TV is very time-consuming, especially during a one-hour [show]. Those episodes took a solid six months. But it is kind of nice to have a routine, because I had gone from movie to movie…I like working on TV.”
We’ll be tuning in Emma, so please be on your freakiest behavior.
If you’re into freaky, you’re going to love this.
Jimmy Fallon is always up to some craziness, so it’s no surprise that the latest episode of The Tonight Show included nips, buff bodies, and pecs doing synchronized dance moves.
Standing alongside the one and only Terry Crews, a buff Jimmy Fallon participates in the freaky skit called “Nip Syncing.” Check it out for yourself above. We promise, they do not disappoint.
Last but certainly not least, the second full trailer of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy hit the ‘net after three teasers got us hyped up for the real thing.
In the trailer, producers delve more into the plot, offering a closer look into the studio’s first excursion outside of Earth and the Avengers universe.
