Today is arguably one of the most anticipated days in the history of Hollywood. Are we exaggerating? Maybe just a little but hey, we love us some KimYe.
Ahead of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s long-awaited “I Do’s,” the world has been tiring itself in an attempt to gather even the smallest of details about the wedding. Not to mention, following the it-couple and their star-studded entourage everywhere they go during all of their family-style Parisian events leading up to today’s nuptials.
Speaking of which, after the exquisite pre-wedding brunch that Valentino-Giammetti hosted yesterday (from which, we’ve gathered MORE photos), the festivities continued with a special surprise from Yeezy!
Kim’s soon-to-be-hubby – who is said to have pretty much planned the entire wedding – still has some tricks up his sleeve when it all comes down to it, one of which was musical, as Lana Del Rey performed at the couple’s pre-wedding dinner yesterday evening at the Palace of Versailles.

Giancarlo Giammetti captioned a photo of Lana singing:

While on her way to the big celebration, Kim was seen stepping out in a beautiful white ensemble, that flaunted lots of cleavage and leg, while Kanye kept it klassy in a tan suit with gold lapels.
E! reports:
E! News has exclusively learned that the rapper surprised his ladylove by having Lana Del Rey perform three songs for the pair, including her hit ‘Summertime Sadness.’
‘Kim and Kanye love her and were so happy she could sing for them,’ an insider tells E! News. According to a second source, guests were pulled up to Versailles by horses. A full orchestra entertained the crowd as guides dressed in 18th century costumes took all the guests on tours and horse and carriage rides. “Everyone was crying! So beautiful,” source tells E! News.
According to various sources, the bunch “nibbled on hors d’ouevres including lobster sticks, caviar and crepes” and “There was no formal sit-down dinner or toasts.”
But apparently, Kanye did fill time with kind words for his fiancée while waiting for Lana to perform:
“He was telling everyone stories until Kim said, ‘OK, let everyone drink and do their thing now,'” a source told Us.
“Kanye kept making the cutest remarks to her. He said, ‘It’s amazing to look around this room, there are so many talented people,'” the source continued.
“Then Kim said, ‘And beautiful people.’ Kanye replied, ‘Yeah, but Kim’s way more beautiful than I am talented.’ It was so sweet — he said a couple adorable things like that. They seemed so happy.”
Again, only the best for wifey.
According to TMZ, Bey and Hov were no-shows but will still be making it to the actual wedding ceremony. The site reports:
Sources inside the party tell TMZ, everyone was talking about how Bey and Jay failed to show … but they could still make the wedding ceremony tomorrow in Florence.
Other than that, we’re told the wedding dinner was magical — starting with the food … one source tells us, “It was all French stuff. Pretty much everything was truffled.” But the best part … we’re told the jars of caviar with blini were other-worldly.
We’re told the party was cocktail style … lots of mingling … and of course, there was a roving magician … but not just any roving magician … Kimye hired David Blaine.
