Miley Cyrus has some crazy fans, but this guy takes the cake!
The Bangerz singer has just obtained a restraining order against an Arizona man after he was detained by police last week for trying to meet her.
According to TMZ, Miley’s lawyer wrote in court documents that Devon Meek believes she speaks to him through the radio, and hears voices in his head.
They court documents also say that Miley’s lawyers believe he will still try to find a way to meet her despite currently being on a 5150 involuntary hold in a psychiatric hospital.
A detective wrote in a sworn statement (after Meek was arrested outside of a home on May 16th that he thought was Miley’s property) that he told officers to shoot him in the head if he would be unable to meet the former Disney star.
ABC News reports that the detective also revealed that an officer who interviewed Meek “informed me that Mr. Meek stated that when he is released from the hospital, he will not stop seeking Ms. Cyrus and that he will continue to go to Ms. Cyrus’ residence until Ms. Cyrus accepts him or he dies.”
On June 16th, a hearing will be held for Miley to try and get the restraining order extended for three years.
