It’s official!

Lupita Nyong’o and Gwendoline Christie will be joining the already A-List cast of actors taking on Star Wars: Episode VII. It had been rumored that the 12 Years A Slave actress would be joining the cast, but was not confirmed until yesterday. While Christie was more of a surprise, we’re incredibly excited to see what the Game of Thrones actress brings to the table.

“I could not be more excited about Lupita and Gwendoline joining the cast of Episode VII,” Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy said. “It’s thrilling to see this extraordinarily talented ensemble taking shape.”

If you haven’t seen the most recent episode of Game Of Thrones, you may want to avert your eyes.

The HBO series hit viewers with yet another hard-to-handle death last week, but don’t worry – there are no hard feelings between Pedro Pascal, who plays Prince Oberyn Martell, and Hafpor Julius Bjornsson, who plays Gregor Clegane.

Pascal shared a shirtless Instagram photo of the pair just one day after the episode aired. The photo shows the two standing side-by-side, with Bjornsson flexing those massive muscles.

They may bare some striking similarities and star in similar roles, but don’t you dare compare Shailene Woodley and Jennifer Lawrence.

The 22-year-old was recently profiled for the June issue of New York Magazine alongside her gal pal Brie Larson. The article discussed Woodley’s appearance on The Tonight Show, during which she promoted her new film Divergent. The film is often compared to The Hunger Games trilogy, which stars Lawrence.

During her sit-down with Jimmy Fallon, the late night host asked, “how do you feel about being compared to Jennifer Lawrence?”

“Well,” she said, “comparisons always lead to despair.”

Shocked and disappointed, the audience began to boo. That part of the show was removed when the episode aired.

“It bothered me, because it’s human nature to feel bad if you are booed by an entire audience,” Woodley said regarding the incident.

She also expanded on her original response to Fallon’s question:

“As women, we are constantly told that we need to compare ourselves to a girl in school, to our co-workers, to the images in a magazine,” she said. “How is the world going to advance if we’re always comparing ourselves to others? I admire Jennifer Lawrence, but she’s everyone’s favorite person to compare me to. Is it because we both have short hair and a vagina? I see us as separate individuals. And that’s important.”

“As women, out insecurities are based on all these comparisons,” she added. “And that creates distress.”

Bravo TV head honcho Andy Cohen is shopping a new reality TV show idea around.

Cohen is reportedly looking to make a series titled, I Slept With A Celebrity, a reality. The show would be a half-hour unscripted series featuring “two guests dishing about how their walk with fame led to a walk of shame, describing where they met, where they went and what they wore – or didn’t.”

“A one-night stand is usually nothing to brag about, but what if the person you slept with is famous?” The pitch reads. “‘I Slept With A Celebrity’ delivers the juiciest gossip from people who say they got to experience the glitz and glamor of Hollywood – and then a whole lot more.”

Cohen, who will serve as the show’s executive producer, along with Warner Horizon Television, is currently searching for a network to take on the weekly series.
