Momager Kris Jenner stopped by the Today Show to debunk the latest Kardashian/Jenner family rumors, share some secrets from the KimYe wedding, and shed a little light on Khloe Kardashian relationship status!
Rumors of family beef began swirling after Rob was spotted jetting back to California hours before sister Kim Kardashian’s big day. Tabloids suggested Kim and Rob had gotten into it, causing him to make an abrupt exit. Numerous sites and magazines later reported Kris had been bashing her son for his weight gain and more.
During her sit down with the Today Show, Kris officially confirmed that was not the case at all.
“Rob’s working on himself,” she said. “He’s going to be okay. A lot of prayer and, you know, he’s such a great human being and such a nice boy,” she gushed to hosts Kathie Lee and Hoda before adding, “He’s my heart.”
Jenner says she’s hopeful that her son will be able to work through his issues and, without getting too specific, let fans in on what’s going on with him at this time.
“Rob is living in L.A. right now and he’s doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff,” she said.
Despite what the tabloids say, Kris says she’s doing everything she can to show Rob love and support during this time.
“My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff,” she said.
Just when you thought you had every detail from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s Italian nuptials, Kris shares yet another wedding secret. According to the 58-year-old matriarch, there were a few wedding details even Kim was unaware of until the moment she walked down the aisle.
Kris told the Today Show that while Kanye had tons of wonderful surprises for Kim, one in particular really takes the cake! Yeezy surprised his wife-to-be with a live performance from Andrea Bocceli, her favorite singer, during their ceremony. The reality TV starlet thought she was walking down the aisle to a recording of one of the singer’s popular songs until the very moment she neared the altar.
Kim told E! News she “did a double take and screamed” when she say Andrea standing they’re performing. According to both Kim and Kris the performance was doubly special because it reminded Kim of her late father Robert Kardashian.
How sweet!
Jenner also says she’s so not sweatin’ Kim’s last name change. In fact, she loves the idea of Kim officially being Mrs. West!
“I think it was really important for her to be Kim Kardashian West,” she said. “It’s so traditional and I think it’s amazing. It’s the perfect thing to do.”
Both Kathie Lee and Hoda did their best to get the details of Kourtney Kardashian’s alleged pregnancy. Jenner’s lips were tightly sealed, but she did promise viewers would know the answer to that question if they tuned in to Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons!
Speaking of Kourtney and Khloe, Kris shed a little light on 29-year-old Khloe’s relationship status.
“Khloe makes very good decisions and I think right now she’s got a lot of good people around her and she’s got great friends. She’s having a good time.”
