Customers who use the popular business social network site LinkedIn will now be able to sue the company for spam emails that get sent out from their external accounts. The emails are argued to easily “ruin your reputation” with employers, being that it bombards an account’s contacts and makes the consumer look too desperate. The judge ruled in favor after reviewing the disclosure which does not state that a customer’s contacts will not receive multiple emails. [Gawker]

Stacey Dash recently assured the press that the Republican party, as a whole, believes in same sex marriage. If that was shocking enough, as she told the TMZ cameras about her political beliefs, Stacy’s alleged new boyfriend Michael Evers – who is 22 years younger than her – was by her side. [TMZ]

20-year-old athlete Roy Ravana Jr. was recently gunned down by California gang members, and it occurred just weeks before he was set to attend college on a track scholarship. The 20-year-old Fiji-native, along with 21-year-old Kevin Ohta who is expected to survive, was shot by members of the Norteno street gang. A couple in Texas burned down their home, which stood right next to a 75-foot cliff over Lake Whitney, after having evacuated it 2 weeks ago. The $700,000 home, now in pieces, has been breaking off and falling from the cliff into the water below. Debris has started a smaller fire on the ground. [Daily Mail]

A 26-year-old woman is facing child sexual assault charges after becoming pregnant by a 15-year-old boy in Arkansas. Cherrelle Gregory gave birth to the child last month, after striking a sexual relationship with the young teen, which police found evidence of via deleted messages in her phone. She later admitted to having sex with the boy who was 15 at the time of their relationship. [Daily Mail]
