Fashion: At its best, it pushes the creative envelope. And at its…not so best, it raises just one question: Wut?
Keeping in mind that there’s a difference between style and shtick, there seemed to be a whole lot of the latter during London Collections: Men, the British fashion week for menswear collections currently happening now.
Here, celebrities and other fashion-minded folk flocked to see Jeremy Scott debut his first foray into men’s clothing with Moschino (and, yes, it was very Jeremy Scott, as usual), while Burberry had a runway rainbow of males in monochrome. Oh, and then there were tube tops, crop tops, and other tops that, well, did not make the top of our must-haves for the SS 2015 season.
Typically, this is where we’d tell you what to wear based on what was seen and shown on the runway, but this time, well, allow us to present you with just a few of the things we think you should (or maybe shouldn’t?) look forward to seeing in the wardrobes of the masses next year.
