Towards the end of the week, we posted part one of our interview with the “heartbreak kings” Jagged Edge, where we discussed love, marriage, their hate for “thug&B,” Drake’s singing, and of course, their new album.

During our interview, we got a surprise visit from music mogul Jermaine Dupri. The Atlanta CEO signed Jagged Edge early on in their career, before moving on to his run his label under a new record contract. Now, he’s back behind the R&B foursome (although they never stopped being friends) and pushing their new single “Hope,” as well as their forthcoming album.

During our time with JD, he discussed “New Atlanta” and how he would’ve had a problem (jokingly) if Migos didn’t ask him to revamp his 2002 smash, “Welcome To Atlanta.” JE and JD also discussed New Yorkers being stubborn hip-hop heads.
