R&B’s newest heartthrob August Alsina just released a video for his latest single, “Benediction” featuring Rick Ross, off his debut album, Testimony.
The video takes place in two locations: a lavish mansion and a church in front of a stone statue of the Virgin Mary. Alsina is shown reflecting on his life and enjoying his success poolside – complete with a pretty girl in a pink bikini.
Alongside a recently slender Rick Ross, DJ Khaled also makes a cameo in the video.
August was a big winner at the BET Awards last night, taking home the award for Best New Artist. Check out the video for “Benediction” above.
