Trey Songz hasn’t lost his luster.

The seasoned R&B singer released his sixth studio album last week, and debuted at the number one spot on the Billboard 200. Trigga sold a solid 105,000 copies in its first week, just 30,000 copies under 2012’s Chapter V debut.

Trey’s smash single “Na Na” has been on the Billboard Hot 100 since April, and peaked at the 22nd spot. While Trey’s album performed nicely on the charts, his R&B counterpart Robin Thicke’s lovesick album Paula barely made the top 10.

To much surprise, Robin’s album only sold 24,000 copies. Hopefully, numbers will pick up over time.

Congrats Trey!
