Earlier this week, both MTV Jams and MTV2 premiered Deniro Farrar’s inspirational “Notice” music video.
Knowing there are millions of women juggling single motherhood, college, jobs, and life’s daily struggles, the Charlotte emcee penned a track calling for the better treatment of women and children in today’s society.
We caught up with the “Burning Bills” rapper to discuss the inspiration behind his “Notice” video, fatherhood, being fatherless, growing up poor, and respecting single moms.
While the conversation got a little heavy at times, we managed to wrap the interview up on a lighter note by discussing his debut co-headlining “Bow Down” tour with Miami rapper Denzel Curry.
