This past weekend was one for the books to say the least.

Disaronno hosted the ultimate “Summer Camp” for adults in the Hamptons at Capri Hotel with many influencers, fashion bloggers, artists, celebs, and awesome industry people. I had the responsibility of picking out the fashion bloggers and inviting Instagram influencers to enjoy a nice getaway from the city while simultaneously posting great content to all social media outlets, which you can see under the hashtag #DisaronnoSummerCamp.

Although the bloggers and I did not stay at the hotel, Disaronno hooked us up with an INCREDIBLE house on Ocean Road.

Disaronno put together a fun-filled weekend full of exciting activities, including yoga, pool parties, massages, mixology classes, a night out at 1 OAK, and of course, there was always an open bar fully stocked with Disaronno. The specialty drinks of the weekend were Disaronno Pineapple, Disaronno Lime-ade Sour and Disaronno Grapefruit – all refreshing choices perfect for summer. There were also fun daily activities including water volleyball, ping-pong and miniature golf. And yes, it was extremely entertaining to watch tipsy people attempt to participate in these events…Extremely.

Everything around the hotel was branded, from the towels to the pillows to the sunglasses to the cups– it was all extremely well done and there was great attention to detail. The day beds were exceptionally comfortable and the food that the staffers passed out was delicious. Chalk Point Kitchen catered the event with mouth-watering BBQ food while various DJs played live music poolside. It was a slice of paradise.

Saturday night Disaronno had a table at 1 OAK and the bossman of GlobalGrind, Russell Simmons, was present, as well as Nelly, who performed live. He killed it. #hotinhere

Last but definitely not least, Disaronno got Jeremy Penn to paint live poolside. Jeremy is an extremely talented artist who paints powerful and inspirational women. It’s crazy because I go to WhyNot Coffee in the West Village everyday and I have always been obsessed with the paintings on the wall (I have even posted them on my Instagram and blog) – and guess what – he is the mastermind behind them. To hear the way his beautiful mind thinks and his outlook on life made me appreciate his artwork that much more.

Penn says, “if you look at a lot of my work, it’s a lot about women finding their power…Finding these powerful women who change the world, they deserve to be treated as goddesses and to be painted. I believe a look from a woman is one of the most powerful weapons in the world.”

I mean, if that isn’t enough to get you interested, then read more about him here.

Major attendees who were present included Olivia Palermo and her husband Johannes Huebl, Lo Bosworth from The Hills, Miss Universe Gabriella Isler, Miss USA Nia Sanchez, designer Domenico Vacca, Oscar-winning Paul Hagis, supermodels Emily Senko, Jasmine Tookes and Hailey Clauson, fashion bloggers Laura Ellner from OntheRacks.com, Christina Caradona from TropRouge.com, Sophie Sumner from America’s Next Top Model, Kitten Galore Magazine’s founders and Instagram influencers, including Kevin Ornelas and Zhi Wei.
