Maybach Music‘s new jack Stalley took to YouTube to release his most recent single “Ball” this week.
The single is filled with all sorts of dope sports references like, “All these haters like the ’85 Celtics vs The Lakers watch a young n*gga.” Despite the cool metaphors, the best line would have to be, “I’m from the city where you playin’ ball or duckin’ vice we lion-hearted with tiger stripes, we scarred with evil.”
Ahh, when hip-hop and basketball meet. This is definitely a track to vibe to when you’re totally dominating a good game of NBA 2K14.
Stalley’s debut album is set to be released later this year and his 2013 mixtape, Know More: The Best of Stalley, is currently available.
