Last night, it was San Francisco’s turn to get a taste of the almighty Yeezus.
Kanye West headed out to California to perform at the 2014 Outside Lands Music Festival on Friday night, and it’s safe to say that he left yet another crowd in awe.
While ‘Ye was in the middle of performing his hit “Power,” he switched gears and went into “Blood On The Leaves,” his set-closer.
He told the crowd:
“I’m gonna end with this song still, but I need to play this right now though. This ain’t no radio shit. This ain’t no shit made to please motherfuckers. This ain’t no concierge, maitre d’ music and shit, [that’s] tryna sound smooth as possible.”
You’ve got to love him.
Meanwhile, Kanye’s wifey Kim K. was sneaking her way backstage so she could take photos of her hubby killing his set.
As for the couple’s beautiful baby girl, North West, she was probably somewhere admiring her earrings, since they are all designer, according to E! News. But seriously, what else did you expect?
The earrings were a gift from family friend Lorraine Schwartz. She told the site:
“They were a gift for North’s first birthday,” the celebrity jeweler told E! News exclusively. “They are approximately a half carat each.”
“She’s beautiful, a simply gorgeous little girl,” Schwartz gushed. “I’m happy to call her my youngest client.”
“I’m happy to be starting North off early—as a diamond girl,” she told E! News. “I’m obsessed with North.”
That’s too cute!
