Another day, another lawsuit. One of our favorite TDE rappers, Kendrick Lamar, is facing a hefty lawsuit over his Section.80 cut “Rigamortis.” The plaintiffs in the case, Eric Reed and Willie Jones III, accuse Kendrick Lamar not of sampling their song “The Thorn,” but stealing the beat it its entirety. Now, they’re suing the good kid, m.A.A.d city rapper for a whopping $1 million. Hopefully, they’ll settle this dispute outside the courtroom. [Complex]

Do you really want to unleash the dragon? Of course you do! ’90s R&B singer SisQo is making a comeback with his new Waka Flocka-assisted single “A-List.” SisQo’s gearing up to release his third and final installment of the dragon-themed albums. The Last Dragon is scheduled to drop November 11. In the meantime, check out the “A-List” behind the scenes video up above. Also, take a listen to “A-List” here.

The Neighbourhood team up with Indigo Child newcomer Raury on their latest release “Warm.” The band’s latest collaboration is off their forthcoming #000000 & #FFFFFF project. Take a listen to “Warm” over at HypeTrak.

We’re still not convinced Gucci Mane is really in jail, because the GuWop grind won’t stop. After releasing Brick Factory Vol. 1 in May, Gucci releases a 27-track follow-up titled Brick Factory Vol. 2. Download the project over at MissInfo.
