Dascha Polanco, aka Daya Diaz, is now an official member of the pastel-hair club. The Orange is the New Black actress snapped a selfie of her new ‘do between New York Fashion Week shows, flaunting a color that would make a unicorn gleam with pride. She posted her backseat shot on Instagram with a caption that read “Umm..I’m just saying tho #nyfw #hitmypart.”
Starting from her roots, Dascha owns a silvery shade of blue that slowly makes a transition into a surge of violet at her tips. It’s an impeccable dye job, if we do say so ourselves.
Dascha’s new ‘do just goes to show that not only is the phase of rainbow hair sticking around, but that it is also evolving with the times. We love her ombré interpretation of the fashion trend and it definitely has us wondering what’s next.
