A lot has been made about Mary J. Blige and her forthcoming album London Sessions. It’s going to be a fresh sound for the Queen of Hip Hop/R&B. Matter fact, you can change that hip hop to just pop and I ain’t even mad. Her latest hit “Right Now” features hot production from Disclosure and will be one of the hottest records this fall.

The Free Meek Mill campaign is in full swing. The Boss Ricky Rozay confirmed this week that Meek’s new album is delayed due to his being locked down. He’ll be home soon though. Until then, this new shit with him and Mac Miller, “I Like It” is the jawn, as they say Philly.

Staying on that Maybach Music swag, Wale couldn’t let Meek get all the love this week. He dropped his newest heater for the ladies called “That Body” and brought along Jeremih for good measure. This is that smooth Wesley Snipes R&B chill out music Wale is known to make at times.

Kid Ink is back looking to repeat the success of his freshman effort “In My Own Lane.” This time he recruits Usher and Tinashe for his latest single “Body Language.” This new fire is guaranteed to heat up the charts even as the fall cools it down.

The L.O.X. are hip hop royalty at this point. Too bad that haven’t enjoyed the extreme spoils of success similar to Yeezy or Diddy. But so what. That hasn’t stopped them from making great music over the years and trust me they haven’t missed a meal. Their latest “No Selfie” is the 2014 PSA for the streets.
