50 Cent has come out on top in a lawsuit filed against him by model Sally Ferreira.

Ferreira filed an $11 million suit against the G-Unit rapper for defamation, claiming he bashed her on Instagram for leaking photos of them together during a shoot.

Since filing, text messages backing 50’s side of the story have been released, bringing the suit to a screeching halt for Sally.

“Without undertaking any investigation whatsoever, Mr. Jackson falsely accused Ms. Ferreira of being the source,” the lawsuit claimed.

Now, a letter has been sent to lawyers proving that it was, in fact, the 29-year-old who put out the photos from the “Big Rich Town” video shoot. The letter featured screenshots of text and picture messages sent by Sally to a reporter.

“No one has these images,” the person, believed to be Ferreira, says in one message. “I need to market myself in the urban. Just keep the name hot.”

The letter also shows messages in which Ferreira was asked if it was OK with 50 to put out the photos, which she reportedly claimed it was.

Two weeks after the sudden, and very tragic, passing of comedic legend Joan Rivers, celebrities continue to remember her lengthy career.

Funny-man Jerry Seinfeld paid tribute to Rivers after coming across text messages confirming her plans to appear on his show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

“I just came across this heartbreaking text on my phone from August 19th. I had asked Joan Rivers to be out lead guest on the new season of Comedians in Cars, and she was thrilled,” he wrote on the show’s Facebook page Monday. “Then we got a call saying she was going in for a medical procedure and needed to postpone.”

Jerry went on to say how excited he had been for her to join him on the webseries.

“I would have loved to have shown another side of her,” he wrote. “I wanted to tell her how much I admire all she had accomplished, especially in the latter stages of her career. She was one of the greats. I’ll miss her.”

Jimmy Kimmel has a new gig.

The late night television host will be writing a sitcom loosely based on the ups and downs of Carson Daly’s career.

Daly is most well-known for his work as the host of MTV’s hit show Total Request Live. After leaving the show, Daly was forced to move back in with his parents. He took a job hosting a local radio show and that was that – at least, that’s how it’s going to play out on the sitcom.

The Hollywood Reporter writes that the show is “loosely based on Daly’s career before his recent resurgence as host of NBC’s breakout reality competition The Voice and a regular role on the same network’s Today show.”

This will be Daly’s first time writing for a sitcom. The show has already been picked up for a pilot season by ABC, with Daly serving as producer. It has not yet been decided who will star in the series.
