Wendy Williams is a woman of her word, and she proved that on her show earlier this week.
Last year, Wendy made it clear to viewers that she didn’t believe Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would ever make it down the aisle. She felt so strongly about it, in fact, that she vowed to eat a real crow 73 days after they tied the knot. The number 73 is an homage to Kim’s previous marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries, which fizzled out after just 72 days.
Well, Kim and ‘Ye did eventually make it to the chapel and, after 114 days, they’re still going strong, so Wendy was forced to pay up.
Better late than never, right?
Wendy brought a special guest chef on Monday’s show to whip up a meal of crow gumbo, which was served up alongside a nice tall glass of water. The daytime television hostess then made good on her comments with the whole world watching, chowing down on the bird, which she said tasted similar to chicken liver.
