Grammy Award-winning producer Hit-Boy stars in volume 2 of Footaction’s “Style Means” series.
In the web video – which has racked up almost 100,000 views in just two days – Hit-Boy lets Footaction follow him around New York City, as he talks about how he got his start in the church, up to when Jay Z and Kanye West knocked on his door.
The cameras also follow the “Niggas In Paris” producer as he is outfitted for a Footaction photoshoot, into the studio to see how he works, and even at the club to see how he unwinds.
Hit-Boy knows that fashion is a big part of his success because if you’re wack, you can become an internet meme – something no new emcee really wants.
The 27-year-old tends to dress according to how he’s feeling that day and with Footaction, he’s discovered that less is more.
