Amanda Bynes is in big trouble.
The former-actress was arrested earlier this week after being pulled over by Van Nuys, CA police and failing multiple routine sobriety tests. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and it was later discovered that she was under the influence of Adderall, which she is prescribed by a doctor.
Authorities say Bynes was “out of it” when they pulled her over.
Despite the fact that Amanda is prescribed the medication, she is still considered to have been driving a vehicle while impaired. She’s now facing a probation violation, which could mean serious trouble for the 28-year-old. Bynes is on probation for reckless driving.
According to TMZ, she’s got bigger issues than the law. Amanda has reportedly decided to move out of her parents’ home in Sherman Oaks, California and is now residing in Orange County.
Previously, her parents were granted conservatorship of her, however that ended early this month. Her parents allegedly saw no need to renew it because they believed she was on a better path. The site reports that since leaving home, Amanda has stopped taking her anti-psychotic medications, which she’s prescribed to help her Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Damn, girl.
