Tea or coffee? Beyoncé or Rihanna? These are the types of questions that really matter. The type of questions that Olivier Rousteing has no qualms about answering whatsoever.

During a Q&A hosted by Dazed and Confused magazine after his show at Paris Fashion Week, Olivier and his amazing cheekbones let us know how he really feels with his #hashtag-heavy replies to Facebook fans’ questions. He also took us all backstage at his Balmain show and after party by sharing Polaroid pictures of his fashion fêtes featuring the Kardasian krew.

See those, along with what he had to say about the two biggest pop stars in the world, keeping up with the Kardashians, diversity in the fashion industry, and more after the jump.

Q: Rihanna or Beyoncé? Riccardo Tisci or Tom Ford? Tea or coffee? Black or white? Man or woman? City or Beach? NYC or Paris?

A: Rihanna Tom Ford Coffee Woman Black City NYC

Q: Why Rihanna and the Kardashians as muses when there are much more interesting people on this planet?

A: I’m sure if you knew you will think differently #dontjudgewhenyoudontknow

Q:How would you describe your style?

A: #iwakeuplikethis

Q: According to you what’s important to make it in the current industry?

A: Pushing your ideas hard and never hesitate #nodoubt and be yourself. Too many people try hard to be someone else…and forget that the most beautiful thing is to be true to yourself.

Q: What’s your favourite Kardashians episode?

A: When Kanye has to Kim to marry him in the stadium with blackskinhead song #cantgetitoutofmyhead

Q: I love that you are such a champion of diversity. Why do you think the fashion industry is so slow to adapt to including non-white models in shows and campaigns?

A: Because fashion industry can be sometimes run by older people or stubborn people. It comes easy for me to bring diversity in fashion cause what makes the world beautiful today is THE DIVERSITY #justlookaround and understand the world you live in

Q: Do you think Balmain could have a collection for kids?

A: babies with shoulder pads LOOOVE #minibalmainarmy

May we suggest North West as his mini muse?
