Actress Sarah Goldberg, who appeared on hit shows such as 7th Heaven and House, has died at age 40. Goldberg died peacefully in her sleep, according to the star’s mother. A Georgia man is dead after deputies raided his home for drugs following a bogus tip they received from a meth addict and thief. Turns out, David Hooks’ home was absent of any drugs. Laurens County Sheriff Bill Harrell says the man was shot because he aggressively brandished a gun at the SWAT team that broke into his home. Hooks’ lawyer says the sheriff misled the public about the shooting and the raid — he alleges that the deputies blindly shot at Hooks through a wall without knowing who was there.
