It’s a Chicago thing, you wouldn’t understand.

R&B crooner BJ The Chicago Kid, who has been killing with the releases recently, just dropped a new record. This time, it’s a remake of Kanye West and Chief Keef’s Yeezus standout “Hold My Liquor.”

BJ makes the track his own with funky changes to the beat, adding a guitar solo from Jairus “JMo” Mozee, and then putting down a verse. BJ also dropped a smoky, trippy video for the remix. Check that out above. And if you’re feeling the song, download it below. For more BJ, watch our exclusive interview with him here.

We’re sure this is Yeezus approved.
