Things are not looking too great for former Scandal star Columbus Short. The actor has had a rough couple of months, after having been arrested multiple times, abusing his wife Tanee McCall, then coming under fire for posting a very violent video of his ex-wife.
Now, after some spending some time flying under the radar, it seems as though Columbus is back at it. According to TMZ, after falling behind in paying his $6,995/a month rent, the actor was court ordered to vacate his L.A. home. Though the actor was not being aggressive, his landlord filed the court order as a precaution. TMZ reports:
The landlord must have been aware of Short’s recent track record, because he got a court order giving Short 5 days to get the hell out.
Thankfully, the court order was unnecessary. The 32-year-old packed his belongings and left the premises without a fight.
