K. Michelle is back on your TV screens like she never left. The R&B songstress, known for saying whatever’s on her mind, is returning to VH1 with her own reality series K. Michelle: My Life.
The former Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star is bringing her talents to New York and letting us watch all the fun. In the trailer, we get to see K. Michelle in her natural, turned up form. She even takes us behind the scenes of a photoshoot in which she bares it all.
But don’t expect the ratchetness that she gave us on Love & Hip-Hop. K. ensures fans that they’ll get to see a softer side of her as well. She told Rap Up TV:
“You’ll get to see me as a mother and as a singer. Love & Hip-Hop is never the place for a child. So in the reality show, you’ll see what it’s like traveling back and forth to my son to work to just being a mother, an artist, trying to fit a sex symbol in there a little bit. You’ll just get to see my life. It’s crazy.”
Since the show is filmed in NYC, we wonder if a certain ex-boo/NY Knick baller will be making an appearance. We shall see when K. Michelle: My Life premieres November 3 at 9 p.m. on VH1.
