Elizabeth Pena, the actress famous for her roles in Modern Family, The Incredibles, and La Bamba, died from complications from alcohol abuse. A death certificate confirms Pena suffered from cirrhosis of the liver “due to alcohol.” Pena fell ill months before her death on October 14. Read about it here…[TMZ]

Halloween was forever ruined for a woman and her 17-year-old daughter after they were assaulted and verbally harassed by two clowns holding sex toys. One of the clowns even jabbed the minor with a sex toy. Regina Janito is now suing the Massacre Haunted House in Illinois for unspecified damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault, and negligence on behalf of the haunted house operators. The largest outbreak of Ebola in history has killed at least 4,377 people and infected nearly 10,000 as of Oct. 19, but according to the World Health Organization (WHO), those numbers may not tell the whole story.
