Janay Rice has spoken against the ignorant Halloween costumes that people are recreating in regard to her domestic violence situation. She recently replied to a Twitter follower who blatantly told her that her domestic violence incident occurred because she married a Black man. She also expressed her feelings towards the costume.
Rice tweeted:

Meanwhile, in other ignorant Halloween costume news, a man was seen coming out of a Halloween party in LA dressed as Adrian Peterson, the NFL running back who allegedly abused his child earlier this year.
Because making fun of abuse is okay, right? We need to do better.
