Can we let Kim Kardashian live?

Social media users and celebs like Naya Rivera and Chelsea Handler, have been taking great joy in spewing Kim with shade over her amazing PAPER Magazine cover. The good folks at PAPER connected Kim with legendary French photographer Jean-Paul Goude to reimagine his iconic “Champagne Incident” shot in order to #breaktheinternet, and with at least three constant trending topics since the cover hit the ‘net, they’ve succeeded.

Jean Paul Goude has a history of recreating his iconic shots, he also photographed naked mom Amber Rose mimicking his legendary Grace Jones piece…but I digress.

Here’s the issue: most of the people insulting Kim are upset because they believe she’s a mother and shouldn’t do things like that anymore. That’s nonsense.

On one night when your mom was feeling sexy, she started the process to create you. If you have siblings, you mother did some things that porn stars do in order to create your brother or sister, so get over it. Motherhood shouldn’t mean a woman loses her sexy.

A woman who is able to maintain her femininity, her beauty, and her shape after having a child should be put on a pedestal and applauded. Not showered with shade.

The amount of hate for Kim is so high, someone even created this meme:

Funny, but stupid. Stupid because numerous other mothers do sexy stuff for our entertainment all the time, and no one does or says anything about it.

Madonna did this…

Paula Patton had her son and then rolled around in the sack with Denzel Washington in their movie 2 Guns.

Heidi Klum has like one hundred kids, and she still poured chocolate all over herself for this photoshoot.

Tom Brady’s baby mama Gisele Bundchen is naked in front of a camera like every other day, and crickets.

Mothers are allowed to be sexy, no matter how embarrassed it makes their children. It’s how the world stays populated. So we should #fixtheinternet by letting Kim do what she does best: modeling naked. After all, Kanye West approves and we all know he got the answers.
