It hasn’t been the best of weeks for officer Darren Wilson.

Earlier this week, radio calls that were made after the tragic shooting of Michael Brown were released, providing great evidence for the jury’s deliberation. Now, new but old footage has surfaced the web of Darren arresting a man for filming him on camera.

According to the Daily Mail, the site reports:

The arrest was filmed in 2013, but was only posted online this week. It shows Wilson telling Mike Arman, a 30-year-old Ferguson resident, to put away his phone or be arrested. Wilson, thinking he is being photographed rather than filmed, said: ‘If you wanna take a picture of me one more time, I’m gonna lock your ass up.’

Arman proceeded to say

Sir, I’m not taking a picture, I’m recording this incident, sir.

After words were exchanged, the clip cuts out when Wilson is seen approaching him. An incident report filed that day reveals Arman was arrested and taken to the Ferguson police station. He was then charged with failure to comply with Wilson and also for violating breaching regulations with pit bulls.

We wonder how and if the jury will utilize this piece of behavioral evidence towards the Michael Brown case.
