Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune drops a sexy new gem for Canadian producer/DJ Ryan Hemsworth “Secret Songs” compilation.
Rome and Ryan left messages on a Soundcloud page detailing the vision behind “Nasty” and Ryan’s “Secret Songs” project.
Rome wrote:
“Me and TM88 had been talking about working but couldn’t make it happen while I was in Atlanta. He sent me some tracks though and that one stood out. I wanted to bring a southern Caribbean vibe if there ever were such a thing.”
Ryan weighed in with a little humor, stating:
“i don’t know where rome finds the time to dye his beard a different color every other week. between playing shows, pulling guest appearances, doing features, working on his own tapes and albums, i’m honoured he found time to make a track for Secret Songs. also because he knows the formula; he’s got it pretty much all figured out, he just needs everyone around him to figure that out.”
Earlier this year, Rome teamed up with fellow Atlanta star, ILoveMakonnen, on “Friends Maybe” and OG Maco’s “Four Seasons.”
