The rise to the top can be a lonely one, but for no-last-name Kendall, it isn’t as lonely as we thought.

The model of the moment has become a clear favorite of the fashion folk, something she contributes to her hard work – not to being a member of her famous family – and during New York Fashion Week, reports alleged her fellow models bullied her backstage. Well, it turns out that never happened.

The eldest Jenner sister recently shot not one, but three covers for Dazed magazine, and inside, she opens up about the incident that never was:

“That has never happened, ever,” she says. “I would see rumors of girls bullying me backstage and putting cigarettes out in my drink, and none of that has happened. Everyone’s been really cool to me. I’ve never had one girl be mean… so far.”

Unbothered, Kendall appears on the front page of the fashion magazine with a doll-like expression. For one cover, she’s dressed in a Marc Jacobs ensemble from the Spring/Summer 2015 collection, and in another, she holds a red leather teddy bear while wearing Junya Watanabe. The third cover is a mashup of the two.

Kendall’s interview wouldn’t be complete without talking about her the rest of the Kardashian krew, Kanye included:

“Every show, no matter how many shows I’ve done, I get a text message from every single one of them. But I love it. I couldn’t ask for a better reaction. The other day Kanye hugged me and was like, ‘Yo, I’m really proud of you.’ And I was like, ‘REALLY?!’ It’s so sweet to hear that.”

Now we can’t help but wonder what a hug from ‘Ye might feel like.

The issue hits stands November 27.
