When she’s not movin’ bass or releasing politically-charged records, Tink is performing dance numbers with Sleigh Bells frontwoman, Alexis Krauss.
In the Grant Singer-directed video for “That Did It,” Alexis and Tink lay down the law in coordinating outfits.
Although this may seem like an unlikely collaboration, Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells met the Chicago rapper/singer down in Austin, Texas during a Red Bull Sound Select performance at SXSW.
Already familiar with her music, Sleigh Bells invited Tink to join them in New York City to hit the studio together. Soon afterwards, Alexis and Tink cranked out all the melodies and vocals on “That Did It” in less than 24 hours.
Sleigh Bells and Tink are both working on new projects to release in 2015. Watch the video above.
