The St. Louis Rams aren’t the only ballers showing their protesting prowess during games, as Derrick Rose recently joined in on the action. During the warm-up session for the Chicago vs. Golden State game yesterday, the Bulls superstar was seen rocking a t-shirt that read “I Can’t Breathe,” in honor of Eric Garner, who was killed by a Staten Island police officer after being put in a chokehold. A grand jury in the borough decided not to indict the officer, which has sparked nationwide protesting. [Huffington Post]

A doctor, who was just 25 years old, reportedly went missing during her journey to work on Monday morning. Dr. Fehintola Omidele was last seen by family members in Houston, Texas at a special dinner last Sunday. After not reporting for work, her family found her cell phone sitting in her room, but her car was missing from the driveway. A frantic search is currently underway, but police have reported no foul play in her disappearance thus far. [Daily Mail]

An L.A. man was in a high-speed car chase with police, reaching speeds of 90 mph, but when he crashed, he did the most unpredictable thing ever to flee the scene. According to a video on CNN, the suspect flew from the scene via skateboard, but he couldn’t seem to get going fast enough, so he eventually ran away on foot. Soon after, he was cut off by a truck, providing officers the perfect opportunity to catch him. [Gawker]
