Calling all leaders! Oprah Winfrey has a challenge for you.

2014 was a year of chaos that provoked hundreds of thousands across the nation to protest against police brutality. Many of us have been participating in the protest, and the Queen of media Ms. Winfrey has been watching it all go down.

In an exclusive interview with People magazine, she said:

I think it’s wonderful to march and to protest and it’s wonderful to see all across the country, people doing it.

That’s not all that Oprah said. She continues:

What I’m looking for is some kind of leadership to come out of this to say, ‘This is what we want. This is what has to change, and these are the steps that we need to take to make these changes, and this is what we’re willing to do to get it.’

Her latest film Selma is hitting theaters at the perfect time. The movie, which highlights the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., has already been nominated for 7 Golden Globes, including “Best Actor” and “Best Picture.”
