Not too many people know what went down during the infamous fight between Solange Knowles and Jay Z last year, but Gwyneth Paltrow might.
The 42-year-old actress is really good friends with Beyonce and Hov, and revealed in an interview with Howard Stern that she called the power couple just after footage of the incident hit the web.
Although she didn’t give the scoop on what happened, she did say that she simply called just to be there for them when the footage went viral on the internet.
She told the host:
“I never say, ‘What’s going on?’ If any of my friends have anything like that, I call right away. Absolutely. If someone’s clearly going through something, I always go straight for it.”
We’re glad that Bey and Jay have friends like that by their side, since it can’t be easy to have your private difficult times go public.
