Boxing legend Muhammad Ali is back in the hospital.

Ali was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) after he was found unresponsive by guests at his Arizona home. He was taken to an undisclosed Scottsdale-area hospital and is currently undergoing testing.

“He wasn’t responding,” a source told Radar Online.

“He went to bed Tuesday night, but didn’t wake up in the afternoon or evening the next day. He was sleeping for 24 hours.”

“They thought he might be too exhausted,” added the source.

Ali was discharged from the hospital following a severe urinary tract infection on Jan. 6.

The heavyweight champion suffers from Parkinson’s disease and was diagnosed with brain disease three years after his retirement in 1981.
