The Supreme Court is finally taking a stand on same-sex marriage, and has decided to determine whether the Constitution allows for individual states to ban it. The case is set to be argued in April, and a decision should be ready by late June. [NBC News]

Alex Malarkey, the 6-year-old boy who told the world he’d been to heaven in the book The Boy Who Came Back From Heaven, has admitted that he made up his entire story. Now 16, he said in an open letter: “Please forgive the brevity, but because of my limitations I have to keep this short….I said I went to heaven because I thought it would get me attention.” [E! A teen is facing 15 years in prison, after crashing his car during a race on a random road in Long Island, and killing four people. Cory Gloe has been indicted on 5 counts of manslaughter, two counts of assault and reckless endangerment, five counts of criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an incident, and reckless driving. His car crossed over the center of the road, when he hit another large vehicle head on. [Daily Mail]
