Lil Wayne and Birdman have been the best of buds ever since they met back in the early ’90s when Weezy was just a kid. But things change, and their relationship has definitely taken a turn for the worst.
As Weezy fights Cash Money Records to release his highly anticipated album, The Carter V, the two hip-hop legends may have hit a point of no return, as Lil Wayne recently decided to battle it out in court. If you haven’t heard yet, the Young Money head honcho is suing his former mentor – the man he publicly referred to as his “daddy” – for $8 million and control of his own musical ventures.
