The 2015 Grammy Awards had a lot of memorable performances. One in particular was Pharrell’s “Happy,” in which he donned a bellman’s uniform and became the butt of online jokes.
One joke by Scrubs star Zach Braff was deemed super offensive. Braff jokingly shared a side-by-side picture of Pharrell and a flying monkey from The Wizard Of Oz with the caption:
Grammy’s are timed delayed in LA but someone just sent me this. #IWoreItBetter
Soon after, Braff posted an apology to his Twitter, saying that he loved Pharrell and he was indeed sorry.
Chance The Rapper recently revealed that he auditioned for the role of Dr. Dre in the upcoming film Straight Outta Compton, the NWA biopic.
The rapper told Interview magazine:
“I read for Dre, but it wasn’t in God’s plan.”
He also went on to discuss his upcoming album, saying:
” [It’s] very much so a Beyoncé kind of thing. So I can’t say the date of the project. But I can say that it’s super dope.”
Chance’s group The Social Experiment’s upcoming album is called Surf.
Karruche Tran is honing her acting skills.
The model and Chris Brown’s girlfriend, who made her acting debut as the supporting role in Mirror, Mirror, has snagged another gig. She posted the photo above with actor Danny Trejo and the caption:
