Chris Brown isn’t really the guy that stays quiet when his name is being dragged through the mud, so could there be some truth to the recent baby mama drama headlines?

After yesterday’s rumors about Breezy heading to family court to arrange fair child support payments hit the ‘net, new gossip has made its way around the blogosphere – and all thanks to Chris’ favorite website, TMZ.
The site reports that they spoke with Nia’s ex-husband, who says he knows about Breezy’s temper and isn’t here for it.
TMZ dishes:
Avery tells us he’s aware of Chris’ notorious temper and says he better not lose it around Nia and the kids, or there will be repercussions. He was not more specific about what that means, but its clearly a threat.
As far as the ex-husband’s story with Nia goes, here’s what’s revealed:
TMZ spoke with Terry Avery — who says he was married to Nia from 2003 – 2014 — and they have a 13 year-old daughter together … which is why he’s letting Chris know he means business.
Terry says he and Nia were separated when she got knocked up … but since Avery knew it wasn’t his kid, he finally filed for divorce. He claims he had no idea the baby belonged to C.B.
Terry Avery is not the man who thought baby Royalty was his daughter for the past 9 months. We can’t keep up.
