The man, who has not been identified, was the victim of a botched circumcision three years ago, but has now regained full function in his organ. [Daily News]

Omar Gonzalez, the 43-year-old man who scaled a White House fence and ran inside the executive mansion with a knife, plead guilty and faces 18 months in prison for the crime.
