Funk Volume rapper Dizzy Wright’s gearing up to release his eleventh project The Growing Process.
It’s been three years since Dizzy’s released an LP, but the Las Vegas rapper has been honing his skills as an emcee through recording and releasing not one, but three mixtapes over the past few years.
Dizzy dropped by GlobalGrind’s offices to discuss his childhood, being a kid rapper, and his mother ghostwriting his rhymes as a child. He also discusses growing up in Las Vegas, signing with Hopsin’s Funk Volume label, and the concept behind his forthcoming new album.
